If you have online access to your CRA account you can provide me access and I’ll figure out what’s going on and how I can help. I’ll follow up with an email letting you know an estimated refund and my fee.
The Process

Send me an encrypted message via Verifyle that includes the SIN and name of each person I need to access. Examples - For a minor child with DTC approval I would need both parent's accounts.- For an adult child with DTC approval I would need access to the adult child's account as well as both parent's accounts- For a spouse with DTC approval I would need access to both you and your spouse's account- For parent with DTC approval I would need access to the parent's account, their spouse's account, and anyone who is eligible to have unused credits transferred to them.
You’ll receive instructions on how to authorize me on your CRA account. Follow those steps and then message me in Verifyle to let me know you’re done. I’ll follow up with a message within 5 business days letting you know if you’re missing out on refunds.
