About me..

I’ve always been an Accountant. Before the age of 10 my mom a bookkeeper/ tax preparer, had me sorting receipts and adding up ledger columns. Math was easy for me, these tasks were easy for me. Eventually, I’d go to University get an honours degree and become a CMA. In 2014, the 3 accounting designations merged and I became a CPA.

It was never my dream to have my own business but two things happened, my son was born and my mom needed help with her business. So I found myself self employed. I enjoy working with my clients and helping them save money and learn. While this wasn’t my dream, there are no regrets and great rewards especially when I see a client learn and grow.

A benefit of my business is I’m well prepared for the future of my family. My brother is disabled. I have always known one day he’ll need more from me than a typical sibling. I know today I have the professional and personal knowledge to take care of what my future holds. My clientele is varied but for those that have a family member with a disability I offer a unique combination of personal and professional experience to help guide families like mine.
